Usage of Speed Suggestion

I've been thinking on what Speed could've been used for and I have an idea to share and perhaps really implement it to the battle system.

The first is regarding speed stats. How about if we do this formula (Rounded Down(AvatarSpd/EnemySpd)). Lets do an example. Lets say I have 700 Speed and my opponent only has 200 Speed, We start by using the formula which will then be somewhat like this (700/200) = 3.5 rounded down to 3. That means for 3 post I am able to do 3 actions and my enemy is unable to do anything for 3 posts. So In other words, Speed determines on how many Actions/Post you can do before your enemy moves.

What are your opinions on my Ideas? Is it good enough?

For people for focus on say defense stats for green legion, you can see a big difference.
Unless you are adding speed into orginal attack damage calculation, everyone will be force to add speed cause of the post count contributed attack count.

We'll I respect your opinion but, Speed currently has no use and I'm just sharing what I had in mind. Even so, I am also planning to add speed to my stat due to my weapon (Black Razor) that increases my damage based on my Speed.

The effect of speed = post count, which means post count = cooldown.
Unless you change how the attack works, which means effectively your have a huge advantage of charging/coolingdown your ability.

Then how do you suggest we count Agillity / Dexterity to measure someone's Speed, Hit, Evade, and Critical? and How can we randomize a number as a critical value?

You too... would make scary but excellent debaters in my opinion on this stuff, or in general id i decided to throw topics up for it. But i would like o inform you Shikyo and I are trying to accomidate for all these. As a matter of fact, these were exact things we discussed on the bus XD. But once, we have a neutral aggreement, we plan to post them up for your opinions on whether anything should be changed or kept. But i do appreciate the suggestions. They do help a lot ^_^
