Ability Name: Rage Flare

Effect: The speed of the avatar will increase 3 times. Strength and defense will weaken. This ability lasts for 3 minutes. Once time is up, many tiny flares are released upon the enemy. Cooldown time is 7 minutes

Description: Flames will start surrounding the avatar.

Rank/Level: D-2

Drawbacks: The defense and attack of the avatar will weaken greatly during the time the ability is used.

How will you count 7 seconds in a forum battle and how much strength / defense will your enemy lose?

Lol.. Honestly that seems too weak. Make it last for 3 minutes (3 posts) or something, and make a cooldown for the ability.
